Getting Started
"The hardest thing about change may be taking the first step." —Wynne W. Miller
The Benefits of Coaching
Wynne Miller talks about how coaching can help you pick up new abilities that complement your strengths (1 minute).
Coaching Process
I will listen and help you clarify your goals, ambitions, and aspirations. Then I’ll dedicate myself to getting you there. I will serve as a mirror, providing feedback on the strengths you may be overlooking and the blind spots you may be unaware of. I will remind you to breathe and make you laugh (often).
I synthesize the best practices and approaches from many disciplines; guide you toward greater self-awareness; and help you recognize the values that drive you, so you can stand by them. Finally, I hold you accountable as I coach you toward your results.
Benefits of Coaching
- clarity on what you want
- tools and approaches for getting there
- insight into your patterns that work and roadblocks that don’t
- accountability as a way of life
- ability to see options and take action (see results)
Coaching Style
My questions are tough, my insights quick, and my delivery direct. What I'll need from you are willingness, trust, and permission to hold your hand or give you a well-placed kick. Working with me, you'll develop the courage, self-mastery, and willingness to imprint the world in which you work and live.
